"Camelot castle is a perfect location for Tintagel . A short walk into the village which although busy is lovely. The views from the hotel are breathtaking with a costal path direct to the small beach( check tidal times before you go) There is a lovely bar where we purchased drinks and sat outside and watches the sunset. The hotel decor is amazing and have a comfortable lounge to sit on. Our room was plenty big enough with sea view, bathroom had a bath and separate shower too and was spotless....
"The hotel was comfortable and clean, the parking was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and chatty they went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The on-site restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent.
Location was ideal, near to all the attractions. We found the local pub next door’s very friendly."
"These are not hotel rooms They’re cottages converted into rooms. You have to drive to reception then drive back to allocated cottage. Drive back for meals then drive back to cottage. Oh yes then you drive back to return your key. I see why it’s a golf club! Breakfast very disappointing. Due to “ being quiet” it wasn’t all you could eat. It was ordered by the plate at the table. Not the same. Guests area and reception need an upgrade. Woudnt stay agsin."

"Perfect location right on the harbour. Don't be deterred driving down to drop off luggage as you can exit the other end back up to main road. Good breakfast and atmosphere for drinks."
"Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. If you're on vacation here,...

Only very slight issue was breakfast and check out were very early for a Sunday morning I think check out 1000 breakfast until 0900 , but it was a nice breakfast"

"We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations.
No pool/spa/gym/food.
Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it.
2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place.
Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs.
For what was a basic room...
