"The bed sheet was dirty. The pillowcase got hair on it .I take off the pillowcase of the pillow the pillow got big stain all over the pillow I could not use them. The shower was not working. I could not turn it on and when I get it to work, the water was just dripping and that is my experience."

"Everything was good front desk, room clean and breakfast was good"

"The staff was ok. Server complained about not getting a break in 3 hours. We didn’t need to know that. 3 hours is nothing! I used to do 12 hour doubles when I waited tables."

"Helpful staff. Easy and convenient location. Right on the beach with beach access"

"Staff is excellent! Limited food menu but all delicious."

"Would stay again"

"The location is in a safe, well lit area, walking distance (less than one block) from lovely shopping with Publix, restaurants and movie theater. Close to I-4, as well as corporate business area. Easy drive to attractions and beaches. Breakfast buffet quite good, variety of offerings. Room clean, well stocked and comfortable. What makes this property stand out above others in the Lake Mary / Heathrow area is the staff. From the front desk to the maintenance guy and the housekeeping crew...

"The room is big enough and very clean. Breakfast was good as well. We like this hotel a lot!"

"The property was clean and the outside sitting area was very relaxing. I liked this hotel but felt it was very pricey. They charge 24 dollars a day to park your car, mind you we paid 200 dollars for one night. There was a 75 dollar fee for our dog. The location was excellent. You are right beside shops, restaurants and a5 minute walk to the beach. NSB is really beautiful"
