"The water park and amusement area was very nice and my teenage grand kids loved it. The room on the other hand was awful and so disappointing. We paid $500 for 2 nights and it was like a cheap motel. Dirty, run down, bathroom towels were thin and old, air conditioning was weak and it was during a heat wave! The outside stairs going up to our room were unsafe with peeling paint, cigarette butts, and random trash….just disgusting! So sad when you just want to treat your grandkids to a fun roadtrip...

"Nice location. Beautiful hotel. Staff at the pool took the job a little too seriously and did not feel I could enjoy my time at the pool. My teens got yelled at for going in the shallow pool with their little brother and they didn’t yell at another guest with their child."

"It has all the amentias except for a free breakfast. The rooms could use an update, NGL, but at least you don't have to worry about things getting trashed by your kids, since somebody else's kids already trashed it. They charge you 30 bucks for walking through the door when you book third party like Expedia. It is a very expensive place to stay, but it does include the water park so its a little justified. I would stay here every time if they didn't charge so many hidden fees. Is kind of a...

"Was an okay stay! Room was a good size. But 1 out of the 3 pools was functioning. We were told different statements about the closed pools and not the same statement. That was a disappointment for our family not to be outside in the pool."
