"Beautiful hotel and a great stay overall! The breakfast was fantastic and we loved the omelette bar. The dinner was also really good, everything was super tasty. The grounds were so beautiful and there is a small walking trail that also was beautiful and like walking through the forest. Location was also so close to so many food spots and things to do. We loved the pools they had available which have jets but wish they were heated. The rooms itself were nice with an amazing balcony but not...

"We had an amazing experience at Arenal Observatory. The staff was super friendly and bilingual. They even left special treats in our room for us :D Transportation was easily accessible and the trails were beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant served delicious food and has a great view! I highly recommend booking the shared casona. The rooms were spacious and clean and it has a small observation deck right next to the entrance! My only complaint is I wish there was a microwave and fridge...
