"Personnel sympathique à l'accueil. Chambre petite relativement fonctionnelle. Mais pas de table de nuit et pas d'éclairage au-dessus du lit. Petite salle de bain tout en plastique. Petit déjeuner à revoir au niveau qualité pour un 3 étoiles. Hôtel bien placé par rapport à la gare Saint-Charles et le Vieux-Port mais quartier peu rassurant et sale. Correct pour 1 nuit ou 2 mais pas plus."

"I liked the ease of check-in; the staff were not intrusive in any way, but were always on hand if needed. I did not need any help until I was checking-out, when the reception staff kindly telephoned for a taxi for me to the airport. They even refunded my deposit, without even checking the room! The cleaner had not even been in since 4 days previously! (as agreed.)."

"Pleasant stay at the hotel twin rooms were rather small and the beds are pushed together. Clean hotel throughout. Aircon wouldn’t work in the room so was rather warm. "

"Very basic property with all-white, but large, room - no decoration of any kind. Everything works quite well and the staff is pleasant and supportive. The breakfast is very good for the price: egg boiler; lightest ever croissants, otherwise basic stuff. Best advantage is proximity to the train station. Balcony is nice, but only a tree to see. "

"I stayed in Marseille for one night and in Paris for 6. I wish I could go back and flip these times just for the hotel alone! This hotel was spacious and clean. The amenities are awesome. Stove, utensils, pots and pans, and microwave are all provided. There's also a towel warmer in the bathroom which was a great perk. There was a working elevator, air conditioning, and beautiful views out the window. Friendly and helpful staff too. I would absolutely stay here again. "
