Staff were really friendly and helpful with great breakfast. Tony and the concierge staff very super and knowledgeable with the free shuttle bus an added bonus. "Good location 15 mins by tram from city centre. All staff were friendly and helpful. We came to Nice for the first time and the receptionist explained to us how to get trams and bus and where the sightseeing places are. Each room has a balcony with cute chairs and a table to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was simple and fresh. "

"Whilst this is not the glitziest hotel it is by far the friendliest! For us visiting a city is having a clean bed, good service and nice food. Esprit ticks all of these boxes. The rooms are small but immaculately clean with everything you need. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they genuinely care about their guests. Breakfast is delicious and so reasonable - and again the dining area is kept so very clean. Highly recommend you visit if like us you are exploring the city and...

"Ideal location and nice size room. Balcony isn’t very big, but great views, very expensive for what we got. The hotel needs updating in places and the bathroom/toilet room wasn’t very clean. The weather was quite hot when we arrived (9th May), there was no air conditioning, so asked at reception and was advised it wasn’t air conditioning weather yet, so the system was still on heat. Breakfast was nice, plenty of choice and the staff are lovely. "
