"The property was newly renovated"

"We had a top floor room. Views of the ocean and beach were amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Of note, the bathroom featured a tub with the handheld head.. The tub was very slippery and awkward to get into. This is a personal preference, but I always ask for showers if possible. Much safer and convenient."

"My room was quite small and very hot when I checked in, no air conditioning si I had to keep drapes drawn. My travelling companion had problems with water in bathroom on two days of the four we spent there. Breakfast was fine except no freshly squeezed juice and instant decaffeinated coffee. Staff all very pleasant and helpful to us, thank you."

"The location was great, the Tram runs in front of the hotel, very convenient. The restaurant at the hotel is very convenient and the food was pretty good. My only complaint was that we had the Jr suite for 5 adults, there were 3 twin beds in the upper level and the ceiling over the 3 beds was very low, my grandauther hit her head very hard walking to one of the beds. The shower could use a shelve to put the shampoo and conditioner, also no place to put the soap. For old people (like me) it would have been helpfull to have a bar to hold in to it. Other than that the bathroom was spacious, with 2 sinks and the toilet in a separate room, very helpfull for us 5 woman."
