"A very pleasant stay with wonderful multilingual and friendly staff. The hotel appears to have been extended into numerous surrounding properties, which makes for a bit of a maze, which adds to its charm. Your room is cleaned daily by lovely staff. Very good value for money."

"Checked in late and paid for breakfast and let them know we have a very early flight. Can I have a refund. She was rude. Ok then asked for something quiet because we only had time for a few hours of sleep. She put us on the first floor outside of elevator. She wasn’t service oriented what so ever. Could have cared less. "
