"Everything was fine from check-in to check-out...other than...when we went to lock the door at bedtime, the locking mechanism didn't work...only the latched deadbolt. Too late, too tired to call to complain and didn't want to change rooms so late in the evening. I did let them know at the front desk in the morning so maintenance could repair for the next guest. "
