"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Great view and it comes with Publix hot spring both indoor and outdoor which is big plus for me. Room is a bit small compare to regular US hotel. But it doesn’t matter to me. Also the staff are nice and friendly."

"Everything is good!"

"We enjoyed the stay very much. The room is smartly designed. The bedding is comfortable. The view of the harbor is an added bonus. The breakfast has incredible selection of food from Japanese to western."

"It was okay. Few stains on the blanket. Older building. Beds were comfy."

"It was such a lovely stay with excellent food options, both at the hotel buffet and near the hotel. The employees were also very professional and welcoming to us. Would book here if I have the chance to come back to Hakodate!"

"Convenient location to the station and morning market. The hotel and staff are great but the beds are horrible."
