"Close to everything. Easy access to airport and around the area. Groceries and high end shopping nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus available if needed."

"Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. Great location looking over Kahului bay side. Good place to stay for convenient shopping and close to airport"

"Nice place to stay. Right on the ocean."

"Just what I needed. Clean, basic tools in kitchen, very short walk to beach"

"While older, the bedding and towels were great. Only issue was wifi would drop constantly...which is a fairly big issue these days."

"They need to more organized and gave staff to greet the guests. No one was there to welcome the guests walking in"

"Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff."

"We were traveling with 2 other couples. We all reserved 1 bedroom units. We were all upgraded to 2 or 3 bedroom units, which was nice but only two of us were in close proximity. We were near the bottom of the hill and the other couple was at the very top. It would have been nice if we could have all been together. The rooms were nice, the only complaint I have is the AC unit above the bed in the main bedroom was quite noisy. The staff was very friendly and we loved the full refrigerator...

We found it difficult to sleep past 6:00 am. One side of the mattress sloped and it could stand to be replaced. We also found the common areas to be in...

"Our original room check in was less than desirable, stained furniture, dirty freezer, water container in the fridge was leaking and in the morning there was a live roach in the bathroom and a dead roach was under the kitchen sink. The pool was closed for a couple days but reopened prior to our departure. Management was great and allowed us to relocate to another room which was much better! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained with a view of the beach."

"Overall we had a wonderful stay as we visited on a family vacation with our 3 children. Staff were very friendly, pool was great, beautiful location! I will say though that the beds were horribly uncomfortable. My husband had to quite literally sleep on the couch cushions placed on the ground as the bed was extremely hard, shook constantly due to any movement. I slept on the bed with our baby and didn’t sleep well the entire week. This is the only issue we had as the matttess topper also was...

"We had everything we needed."

"Main pool was closed and beach. There was no communication that this was the case. We come to Ekahi Village for the main pool and the beach access. Think you need to do a better job communicating the state of the property."
