"Beautiful place, but you have to fix the WiFi, which doesn’t work outside the lobby"

"As ideal a place for solo travellers as I think is possible. Great location for exploring Krakow on foot and close proximity to train station (useful for salt mine excursion). Would fully recommend for anyone else solo in Krakow for a few days like me!"

"Bien situé et bien insonorisé. Je recommande fortement."

"Great location as it is close to the main square without being right IN the square. The entrance to the rooms are a few paces to the right of the actual reception office. There are no elevators to get to the rooms so be aware if you need wheelchair access it may be something you explicitly ask for. The street below can get very noisy on the weekends but overall I’d stay here again"

"Room was nice and clean. Would have liked better English channels on TV, only news available. Shower took some time before it ran hot water and then sometimes heat fluctuated. Good having tea and coffee facilities and fridge in room. Occasional noise from street"

"nice hotel and staff"

"A super, modern hotel ten minutes walk from main railway station and ten minutes walk to the square. Breakfast was delicious with a huge range of savoury and sweet options. They prepared a lunch bag for us when we had a very early start to Auschwitz. Bed was super comfy and room and bathroom were spotless. Room was warm though and when we opened the window, there was noise from the street below. A room on a higher floor and at the back would be perfect but this did not spoil our stay. Lovely...

"Pleasant staff"

"Quick and easy check in, staff all pleasant and friendly. Breakfast nice and set us up well for the day. Lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants nearby and not too far from the old town. Good location as not central to everything yet close enough to get to everything."

"The hotel was beautiful, well kept and in a good location to explore Krakow. The staff was exceptional!"

"Room was very clean, staff were super lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great. Location wonderful right by the river and castle. Roof terrace a delight in the sunshine with a view over the river. We had a little bit of noise at the back from the cathedral bells so we asked to change rooms and luckily we were able to do this to a room on the other side of the hotel. Bed mattresses are basic so worth knowing if you are sensitive to this. I'm not one of those people who can fall asleep on anything!...
