"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. They were also very flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated.
The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay.

"The view was amazing, I booked a garden view and was given a view of the sea, pool and mountains further away. The area was quiet and a short distance to the beach where there are lots of surfers.
The pool was very shallow for swimming in and like a warm bath with the heat warming it up.

"Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, schon bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer nicht sauber und die Betten nicht bezogen. Das ging so weiter 10 Tage lang wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und nur sporadisch wurden Handtücher
gewechselt. Zum Frühstück gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet wie gebucht sondern 10 x identisch das Gleiche. Die ersten Tage war zudem das Wasser nur lauwarm.
Das Hotel kann nicht empfohlen werden."
