All was way over our expectations from a 3 stars hotel -large & specious rooms, clean, excellent service, great food both in breakfast and dinner ( various options, tasteful ), exactly what a family with young children needs regarding activities suited for the kids & pool facilities. Pools were very clean as well. Nearby (5 minutes walk) is also a very specious playground for the kids, cafes, mini-market & the largest mall in Paphos. Highly recommend for families.

Lovely hotel but lacks certain requirements

The hotel and staff were top class and friendly however if you are looking for a quiet holiday don’t go here. If you like a Butlins type holiday with bingo , karaoke and loud music this is the place. On a night there is limited quiet spaces for a pleasant drink etc. A quiet separate lounge area would put the icing on the cake.

Nice hotel

It's a nice place to stay. We were upgraded for free to a 2-room suite because no suitable rooms were available. The breakfast is not too rich but it's still good. Beds are very comfortable. Although the bathroom's faucets and showers need upgrades. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, the staff is eager to help you. However, if you want a quiet place to stay - this hotel is not for you. In the evening, there are events at the bar for guests, and the music and guests themselves are quite loud well into the night.

Nous sommes accueillis très gentiment mais il est difficile de trouver notre chambre avec tous ces blocs d'immeubles, un véritable labyrinthe. La chambre est propre, spacieuse, vieillotte et calme. En fait c'est un club vacances avec bar, restaurants, piscine, aires de jeux etc...Il n'y a pas d'autres restaurants aux alentours. Le matin de notre départ nous avons commandé un taxi avec le téléphone de la réception qui ne sert qu'à appeler la station de taxis. Surprise, le véhicule qui est venu nous chercher n'avait pas l'enseigne "taxi"ni aucun signe officiel. De plus, nous avons dû payer la course (35 euros de l'hôtel à l'aéroport Paphos) durant le trajet et nous avons été déposés bien avant la station taxi de l'aéroport. Nous pensons que l'hôtel travaille avec des faux taxis ou est ce un Uber Chypriote ? !!!

Pas cher mais pas terrible même surclassé

Il y a eu une erreur d’enregIstrement donc nous avons été surclassés dans une suite où le lit d’appoint n’était pas fait, et où il manquait des oreillers et des serviettes. Nous les avons demandés et on sentait bien qu’on dérangeait. Il restait des bouchons de bouteilles dans La salle de bain. Et surtout SURTOUT il n’y a AUCUNE insonorisation entre les chambres. Nous avons eu pleurs de bébé et discussions tardives toutes les nuits. Et également réveil le matin par le bruit et les discussions voisines. Insupportable ! Le petit déjeuner est chargé mais les produits ne sont pas bons : conserves, fruits pas mûrs. L’eau des piscines est glacée. Et l’emplacement est éloigné de tout si vous n’a pas de voiture... et le quartier pas terrible.

Facilities good, not given room we paid for

We stayed at Mayfair gardens for 4 nights, we had to leave early for personal reasons, the hotels facilities for breakfast,bar pool etc are great, no complaints there but the rooms are not as advertised, it seems the majority are not renovated, we paid extra for a pool view and got a view of the back car park, we would have complained but due to personal reasons we have other things to think about. Just make sure you get what you pay for.
