Even though I paid through Expedia, I was required to pay, in American cash, a deposit of $50.00. I got it back when I checked out. "Sok Sabay is a beautiful oasis but outside the confines is garbage and skeletons of buildings that were started then abandoned before finished. "Big construction site all around leaving everything covered in dust even the pool. Rooms filthy, no English speakningen staff, so they had to Call somebody from spiralfer eventhoug we had announsed a late arrival at 20pm. We payed for 3 rooms and were promissed a refund, since they only had 2 rooms for us, but it never came."
