"This place is wonderful! Among the Kata Beach area, it is a great place for a great deal. You are close to the beach, up on the hill so you can see the ocean view, and each private villa is clean and modern and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many stairs that lead to the villas at the top of the hill which can be a hike for some people, but the staff pleasantly offer to help with any luggage or necessary assistance. The area is great and within walking distance of a bunch...

"Ibis Style Phuket town is a nice hotel. Staff are courteous n helpful, especially front office and cafeteria. Room is compact, beds are firm and towels n bedsheets clean."

"When arrived late at night to check in, I got informed the hotel as FULL and had to move me to another hotel nearby of lower standards (and rates) without explanations or compensation. Got moved back to the original hotel next day but had to change plans to check out early and be without a room until the afternoon. Towels were not changed for days."

"Very friendly and helpful people are working at the hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day even supplied bottles of water every day. If you expect luxury property this is not for you. But for what you pay is just excellent. Very comfortable beds and ice cold AC and the rooms look very nice as well. 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and you get clean beach towel from the front desk. "
