"Check in, staff, breakfast and room were excellent. Even the parking was great and convenient.....once we had found it. No fault of the hotel because the street in front of the hotel is closed for construction and our GPS wasn't aware of that."
"Location was great - you are so central and close to attractions, restaurant and bars. Despite this it was not noisy.
Prior to arrival , we messaged the hotel to confirm transport options from the station but no one replied .
The hotel is tired and needs more than a basic uplift . The aircon was not working in the entire building and fence it was very stuffy and humid.
We did not use any amenities as the pool is not heated and outside .
Rooms were cleaned daily and linen fresh so for the...
"Staff were helpful, finding the parking was a bit of a nightmare but a member of staff managed to help, the parking under The hotel is secure. The hotel and the room has been cheaply done. The tap in our room was broken, the toilet was so close to the wall that it was difficult to sit down properly. We were at the front of the hotel which has a nice view but it is very noisy. The bed was also broken so every time you moved it squeezed. Only the mattress topper had a sheet on it, not the mattress...
"Leider war das Zimmer nicht sauber.
Es lag Dreck am Kopfende auf dem Boden, die Kissen waren verdreckt und wurde auch nach dem roomservice leider nicht getauscht.
Die autobahn war trotz geschlossener Fenster gut wahrnehmbar und laut.
Parkplätze recht teuer mit 20€ pro Tag"
"The room was well cleaned everyday. The front desk staff was very helpful, especially Oliver. The breakfast was ok. Eggs weren’t very good. Bar service was good, but no ice cubes??!"
"Do not book this dumpster- it was really horrible. I booked a superior room with two twin beds for my son and I. A young guy took us upstairs to a 3rd floor - steep steps no elevator my son had to carry both suitcases. The room only had one bed. I politely explained that we need two beds and I specifically booked two beds and paid for superior room. The guy was very rude and obnoxious he said he didn’t have any rooms with two beds. I said we want a refund after a little while he magically found...
"Matig hotel , geen leuke buurt , goed bed , heb indruk dat het voor een gedeelte aan het coa is verhuurd , en veel werk mensen uit de scheepvaart , restaurant optie zijn zeer beperkt en ik heb best veel geld betaald voor deze kamer"
"Had a great stay with our Grand Kids. Had the large room for 5 people with plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool usage. Easy walking distance to the town center for us. Staff were exceptional to deal with."
