"Good breakfast"

"Liked the house itself with the public rooms. We booked a deluxe room but it was okay. No outlook from window, just looked at a wall. Although the staff were friendly, the system they followed was not up to par. On check in we were not advised where anything was ie restaurant or bar. It was later when we spoke to another member we were shown where things were. Breakfast, the food was lovely but you had to go and get your own milk for your tea or coffee, sauce etc had to tell the staff one day...

"Didn't have a very good experience at the Golf Hotel & was really disappointed for the money paid. Was given a twin room instead of a deluxe double room (which i'd paid more for). Had arranged for an early check-in with hotel for an extra £20 but this had been forgotten about. Tried to make conversation with the member of staff checking me in but got nothing back. Room had a lovely view of the green but curtains were hanging off rail. The bathroom had an awful smell to it & toilet didn't flush...

"I can’t fault the Sure Hotel in Lockerbie. A beautiful building, fantastic en suite room, very clean and modern. Or host, the manager Glen couldn’t have been more helpful. Plenty of free secure parking and we ended up taking a lovely stroll into Lockerbie for dinner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel, great staff who are so helpful. We’ll definitely be going again. "

"Recently refurbished, rooms were clean and fresh and kept the original features of the property. Bathroom was lovely and bath a great size although did miss the option of grabbing a quick shower. Bathroom needs a blind or curtain please otherwise stunning room."
