"There was mix up between our confirmed room type that we had booked and paid for on Expedia (Executive room) compared to what Expedia had sent to the hotel for our booking (Standard room). As a result, the first room we were given keys to was definitely a step down from what we had expected and, honestly, wasn't in the best of shape. Chips on furniture, paint missing etc. (see photos). On return no it...
"A lovely setting, only stopped one night, booked it for visiting British masters at the Belfry, ideal and lovely clean room , can't speak about food , we didn't eat , but plenty in the dining room were
Top marks 👌"
"Good value, very clean room and nice breakfast. Lacked on site parking and evening meals which I knew about in advance, but may that limit me choosing this venue again."
"As expected for the price and convenience. bed comfortable, though i id take my own pillow. most hotel pillows too soft. was what i needed for a business stay, with food hall near by."
