"It was a family run unique hotel that was very quaint.The room was clean, and staff were helpful. The major problem was the rooms on 2nd floor require carrying luggage up a very steep staircase. This was difficult for senior woman."

"It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. "We had so much fun at this resort. The cabin was perfect and everything was clean and exactly what we expected. The outdoor table and set up was so nice to be able to watch kids play either at the park or the beach, and also just enjoy a morning coffee. We used the boats and kayaks and games room too. Only thing was you have to park at the main area and carry items to your cabin but it’s not far. Would definitely recommend to other families. We will be back!"

"I get to the property and some kids with the new owernership said the place was closed. Place was recently sold and new ownership is cleaning up the place. The new owners seem good, but the fact this place is listed but not in business is unacceptable. This property should be removed until new owners are back in business. Check with property before booking. I'm sure place will be fine when new owners open up"

"What a beautiful place to stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff deserved more stars than 5; the dinner was beyond expectation, and the room was delightful. The beach front is inviting, with an expansive deck, fire pits and kayaks. We really enjoyed cocktails on the patio before dinner. Thanks for making our weekend so great."
