"Unfortunately we stayed during a weekend where there was youth athletic sports teams staying over so there were kids running around yelling until 11pm and as early as 6am so didn’t get much sleep. Besides that the staff was extremely nice and check in was quick. Bathrooms could use an update. "

"Only one bank of elevators to take us to our room on the second floor which was a pretty far walk with all of our stuff (no carts to use). Also disappointed there was no working ice machine to be found ( all 3 I located were inoperable). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but right next to I76 made for a bit of a noisy sleep). Felt a bit overpriced for $230 a night (including tax). "

"If you are looking for a hotel while you have a dr apt at CHOP (King if Prussia) this one is it... CHOP is right across the street. The staff at this hotel is def a 10 out 10. I travel from Bermuda and stay here all the time and customer services has ALWAYS been very professional. Need a ride to Walmart, the mall or even some where to eat the shuttle drops you off and picks you up. The guys that drive the shuttle are so professional. Cons: stall cigarette smell everywhere especially the 2nd floor, staff is disorganized and unsure of basic things in area, only 2 towels availing a double room. Had to ask the front desk 4 different times and call to get 2 more towels. Shower curtain was torn and musty. Bed was not comfortable. Late checkout was not communicated to...
