"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The official check-in time was 4:00 PM, but we arrived early at 3:00 PM and were pleasantly surprised when the staff allowed us to check in right away without any issues and provided our room keys promptly. If you are traveling with kids, I highly recommend staying here — they will absolutely love it! "Our room booked for 4 people was only suitible for 2. The sofa bed was not made up, and there were no extra sheets to make it up ourselves. One person had to sleep on the sofa and 3 shared the king bed. We were not in the main building and there is no one on site for the seniors building where our room was located. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great clean property right across the village. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room with fireplace was very comfortable and cozy. Two washrooms for the one bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise. Didn’t use the large terrace because it was winter but will come back in the summer to enjoy it and the outdoor pool. Highly recommend this place when in Blue Mountain."

"The staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival. Our suite was spacious and clean with all the essentials. The view of the harbour was beautiful and we could see the sun rise to the east over the lake each morning. The pool and hot tub area was spacious and clean and the kids really enjoyed their time there. The staff graciously extended the pool hours on the Friday night to accommodate the guests who were in town for the Cheer competition. Thornbury is a quaint little town with nice shops...

"Placed suited our needs. The unit we were assigned is definitely due for some upgrading. I know some units were staged and updated within the complex, the place we had needs some money reinvested into it. "
