"Overall I’m happy enough with my stay but I’m going to leave an honest review. So, linens and bathroom were clean which is obviously very important. The bed was very comfortable which is also a huge plus. The hotel felt much more like a hostel than I expected based on the photos and description. The lighting in the room was difficult - there was overhead lighting but no lamp that could be moved and really no gentle lighting at all except for the LED strip behind the bed. So either harsh light...

"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

"Two night stay, couldn't be closer to Wein Hbf (Vienna central train station). Walking distance to Belvedere Palace. Clean rooms, quiet, helpful staff, the three we staff interacted with spoke English. Easy to pick up a tour at the train station. If our travels take us through Wein Hbf, will stay again."

"Very helpful and kind staff. Room was big enough for 4 people and was in clean condition. Air conditioning was not working but they provided us with 2 high power fans that worked great. Overall great experience."

"Zimmer sind groß, viel Stauraum und gute Küche sowie neuwertig. Reinigung der Polstersysteme könnte besser sein, einiges verschmiert. Dusche in gutem Zustand. Frühstück ist angemessen und in Ordnung. (Oliven und Spiegelei wären nicht schlecht). Parkmöglichkeiten rundum sind gut, am Wochenende ist in Wien kostenlos zu parken. Mitarbeit an der Rezeption sehr nett und lösungsorientiert. An der anliegenden Straße direkte Verbindung zur Straßenbahn und somit konnt man mit einem 24h Wienticket überall...

"Beware of this hotel. I had a package booked for eight days but unfortunately I could not go because my passport had less than 90 days to expire. Expedia got in contact with the hotel manager a day before my arrival and he/she denied the approval to refund the money. He/she said cannot be cancelled or modified, the whole stay will be the charges. I lost all my money that only god knows how hard is for us seniors to save money to reward ourselves. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."
