"Stayed for one night to collect son from Uni (Bay campus). Convenient location to Bay campus plus easy to get out to Waterfall Country for a hike and the Mumbles for breakfast. Close to waterfront marina for dinner. Room was great and perfect for one night stay. Only gripe was no aircon and it was a warm stuffy night."

"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. "Free Wi-Fi. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast & plenty of options. Very hot week. A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well. Ate supper there one evening & it was nice. The room was as expected, although could benefit from a freshen up. Reasonable prices & great location to use as a base to enable you to visit many places."
