"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. "Muy mala experiencia, personal descortés y nada amigable. La habitación era doble y sólo había toallas y jabón para una persona. Shimla es muy frío por la noche y NO hay calefacción si no pagas extra, con ventanas y puertas donde entra el frío. Sólo había una manta y al pedir una más, se negaron a darla. La reserva incluía 'desayuno inglés' y nos pusieron un huevo frito y unas tostadas de mantequilla, nada que ver con lo que uno espera de un 'desayuno inglés'"
