"Perfect stay and will choose this hotel the next time I’m in town. Thank You. "

"This hotel is absolutely tremendous and very much our “go to” when in Kharkiv. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always top notch. They do an excellent job in the circumstances of the full-scale war. "

"It was excellent time, with good staff service."

"Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. "I had a good stay and the location was good."

"They gave away my reserved room. "
