"Great hotel"

"The pool area needs more greenery; it feels like a stretch of bare concrete. At breakfast, the staff were polite, but service was disorganized. I waited 15 minutes for a coffee while a server cleaned tables that were already clean, and my breakfast arrived before the coffee. The front-of-house team could benefit from more training on managing service and priorities."

"Staff very helpful"

"Todo muy limpio, unas vistas maravillosas y muy buen trato sin dudas regresaría 💜"

"I Love this Place. We will continuously stay here, Me and My Family 😊"

"Great place to stay close to the beach! Very clean and a wonderful breakfast. The shuttle was a very nice to have and all the employees were very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Clearwater."

"We stayed here because we were attending a game at Benchmark arena. Excellent choice for that reason alone because its walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bedding super comfortable. The pool was invigorating. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast was perfect. The staff, especially the manager Grant were very welcoming and concerned about guests experience. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel to others and will be visiting it again soon."

"I staff was very friendly and they will help you"

"A party was going on Saturday trash was left on the walk way of the convention and when we checked out Monday morning it was still there very unacceptable for the amount of money that was paid"

"Lovely long weekend in Clearwater! Beautiful room with a view of the Gulf from our balcony! Within walking distance to everything! Wonderful breakfast! Terrific customer service!"

"Went to make coffee in my room in the morning and the cup wrapped in plastic had mold on the plastic. Other then that the place was great. Staff worker took all the bacon in the morning as well. No juice either."

"Booked a room with a jetted tub. They first gave me a room with a shower. When I told them about my booking they moved me to another room which did NOT have a jetted tub. The room also smelled so badly of mold that it was hard to sleep. There was also pubic hair on the sheet and top blanket. We tried to stay away from the room as much as we could! Horrible experience !"
