"The hallway and elevators smelled bad. Poorly lit. The floors on the 3rd floor was cracking and making sounds. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and no one cleaned our room or got us clean towels. We really really had a bad experience it was extremely frustrating I did not get my money’s worth. I would not recommend this hotel to no one"

"I always try to stay at a Hyatt Place when I can. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is always good, and the facilities are always clean. The Hyatt Place in Florence/Cincinnati Airport met the standards I can expect from a Hyatt Hotel. "This was my third stay at the Drury in Mason. Customer service is top-notch. The kick-back, offering a buffet of various food, is excellent. With today's economy, you can't beat it. The free breakfast is also fantastic. I traveled with one person and we really apprecated it. I can't imagine the savings for families. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Every time I've particiapted in the kick back, one of the staff members has asked if I found everything satisfactory. The trip last week ......

"Our room was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, but small amount of seating. The only complaint I have about our room was the clicking the thermostat would make every time the AC kicked on or off. Great location to Great American Ballpark. Within walking distance of the Levee for food. Parking garage well-maintained and lit."

"I will give a thorough review. Front desk - super kind. Unfortunately, part of the reason we chose that property is the pool. It was closed all day. Next - Parking would have been plentiful if several worker trucks didn’t park laterally and take them all. Room quality was average. Note to those with feather allergies - they have feather pillows. We were able to ask the front desk for regular pillows since one of us does have that allergy. Super thankful for her! Bathroom cleanliness was 99%...
