The staff was helpful, the room was nice and large, there was even a family mart on the first floor. I did take the opportunity to have a few drinks at the skybar and that was really nice. "Elevators are terrible. Can be waiting up to 15 minutes for availability. They warn you about checkout time but it’s consistent throughout the day. The rooms are so tiny you can’t have bags open while also have space to move around. Bathrooms are next to impossible they are so tiny and kind of feel like a bathroom you’d see on a boat.
