"Hôtel très bien placé dans rethymnon, autant pour une balade en ville que pour la plage.
Les chambres sont propres et le ménage est fait tous les jours.
La literie est de bonne qualité.
La petite kitchenette est pratique si on n’a pas forcément envie d’aller au restaurant ni de payer pour le petit déjeuner.
Des places de parking gratuites autour de l’hôtel mais il faut faire preuve de patience selon l’heure.
Les petits moins :
- la climatisation n’est que dans la chambre, pas dans l’espace...

Small pool to enjoy with staff ensuring that people don’t leave towels first thing then disappear for hours. 👍

"Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless."
"Air conditioning did not work in mid-May but I think it’s because the season is early. It probably will work in June. Breakfast was simple but good. Pool was very nice. Room had a TV which was nice but the bathroom felt really outdated and always smelled like chlorine for some reason. Balcony was really nice. "

"Very basic hotel. Ok level of cleanliness in the room but the hotel itself seems to be going through a renovation at the same time. Cat litter and dog food littered around the place. Reception desk was not manned - we did not speak or see a single member of staff during the three days we were there.
