"We were disappointed that the buffet breakfast was not available, we have always enjoyed the buffet. Perhaps it could be noted somewhere, no buffet Mondays?"

"Very happy & would recommend"

"Was travelling for work to New Plymouth and I will definitely stay here again, check in was super simple, room was very clean and comfortable."

"Motel appears to be a WINZ temporary accommodation site. Very noisy, and the thin walls means you are part of the partying going on next door whether you want to be or not. Lots of pointless late night banging and crashing going on from the rooms. Burnouts in the motel carpark multiple times during the night and early hours of the morning. Very musty and run down rooms. But, it was on point for the price. Would not stay again, I would just pay extra and stay somewhere else."

"Great place to stay. Highly recommend it."

"Adequate room. Pub below noisy. Power sockets by bed don't work. Extraction fan in bathroom needs cleanout. Staff were lovely and was so appreciative of late checkin."

"Clean room, great staff"

"The staff are great! The room was spacious and well equipped. They even gave us fresh milk for our coffee! Only issue we had was that the sound carries - through the vent in the bathroom and from the balconies. We used white noise at night and it was fine"

"Jenny is an excellent host. Very good breakfast and home bakes later. Comfortable room. Would highly recommend."

"Eine Unterkunft mitten im Rainforest. Sehr ruhig, großes Zimmer, die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin Samara war sehr freundlich, gab uns einige Tipps für Wanderungen. "

"Grate location quiet and cosy"

"Beautiful location on the mountain, walk out the door and onto the trails. Quaint, rustic, comfortable, an open fire each night and delicious home cooking made for a relaxing stay. Dean and the staff really looked after us. A great two nights away."

"The best hosts ever. Like coming home to stay with family. Chris and Steak are amazing people."

"Just a great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Friendly Staff "

"Ce petit B&B a été fabuleux ! Lit parfait, douche toute neuve, propreté impeccable, proche du centre ville de New Plymouth ! Petit déjeuner compris et disponible dès 8h le soir, donc comme on devait se lever tôt pour être à Waitomo le lendemain, ça tombait pile poil, on a pu déjeuner à 5h du matinnsans gêner qui que ce soit ! Je recommande sans hésitation "
