"I liked everything but not a location"

"Lovely hotel with free open carpark. Our room was a business room, it had a microwave, sink and fridge along with a work surface to sit out. It was very compact but lovely and updated - extra bonus was plug sockets next to the bed! We didn’t have breakfast here but Very very happy with the hotel. "The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was clean. Had booked through Expedia where it says check-in is at noon but when we arrived were told it was 2. Apparently this has not been updated on Expedia. They went out of our their way to make sure our room was priority to be cleaned and we were in by 12:15. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but did the job."

We were there for a Euro 2024 match in Koln and we were given exact directions to and from the stadium which made everything so much easier considering how late the match ended. When we checked out, a taxi was called for us and breakfast was even opened early for us since we left before 06:00. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property itself is very well maintained.
