We couldn’t get the ac to cool down, it felt like only the fan was blowing no matter how much you adjusted the temperature. But the big window opens up all the way and it was a cooled quickly. "It was a lovely hotel, very quite. Only good with car access. Pontoise train station 10min away by car, where you can train to Paris. C is direct to eiffel Tower but it stope at every Bush takes an hour, but its nice. "

"We stayed 2 nights. The first night was good, clean fresh room but when we went back to our room after it had been cleaned the 2nd day, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The person who had cleaned our room had clearly been smoking in our room which was most unpleasant. I wish we had asked them not to clean our room. What was a good experience the first night, turned into a poor experience the 2nd."

"The hotel itself was Ok, though under renovation and a bit of a building site. Two major concerns. First, we arrived about 19.30 after a very long day’s travel. The sign at the door said food on Saturdays was limited to a pizza. That would have been fine. But the staff member on duty said even that wasn’t available. So we had to take the car out again to find a restaurant that would accommodate us and a dog on a Saturday night without booking. Not easy or good. Second, the hotel presents...
