Great location, only 20 mins by RER into Paris. Hotel was clean, room was big with everything we needed. Also felt very safe neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants.

Great base to explore Paris from, with good food

Great spot, next to the mansions Laffitte, 15 min walk to the station that takes you to the Arche de Triumph in under 20 mins, and outside the emissions zone with free parking. Restarting is very good with some tasty food, that is well prepared and cooked, better than some of the restaurants we ate in Paris! Great base to explore Paris from especially if you drive there in an older car.

An excellent hotel for a good value for money stay in the region Parisienne. Yes, rooms are small, but so are all rooms in and around Paris (at least in affordable hotels). Otherwise, calm and clean - perfect for my tastes. - No kettle, however it is a three star hotrel, so that's OK. For those not keen on breakfast, a decent boulangerie is just round the corner. So all in all, an excellent choice for those who want to be in Maisons-Laffitte - or near Paris.

The room was clean and very comfy, the staff were pleasant and willing to assist. Though they made a little of a fuss on what I could have in the breakfast buffet to go. It was a bit embarrassing.

I arrived at this hotel without having to enter any of the city traffic. Parking was easy and the hotel nice and quiet with a nice garden inside the hotel. Transportation on the A line train into the city was really easy.....

Overall it is not bad. But the smell that come from the pipe in the bathroom is really bad. I recommend them to fix that.

Staff seriously need service training or to be replaced by others who want to be in the hospitality industry. Not friendly and considerably rude to guests. There was a huge altercation in the lobby between a family of guests visiting for a wedding. The front desk locked a room because the mother took two croissants back to the room for her young sleeping child (note: mother paid for her breakfast). I witness the interaction and the staff handle things very unprofessional and eventually even called the police after refusing to calmly discuss with the guests. I was not associated with this family in anyway but was appalled how the hotel staff handled the situation. I too experienced poor, rude service. Felt like the employees were not there to give guests a positive experience. This hotel is one of two main hotels in town. My hope is the Quality Suites offers a better guest experience. I’m certain Accor executives would be dismayed had they seen and heard what I did between guests and staff. Such a shame how management allowed this argument to escalate and expose everyone else in the lobby to the situation. Should have been handled more professionally and diplomatically.
