"the property is conveniently located on the shore of Rinku Town, near the Kansai international airport. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the airport only in the early morning and late afternoon and evening. but fortunately it is very close to the Rinku train station which does provide an alternative cheap transportation from and/or to the airport. It is really a relaxing place to rest, especailly for those who fly a long distance to Osaka. "

"Everyone was pleasant and accommodating from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I recommend winding down with a massage after a long day at universal. They are nice and listen to your needs and they are available to go to your room. Everything you could need or think you might need is available on the premises or at a walking distance from the premises so feel free to pack light ☺️. "

"A 1 night stay for catching early flight the next morning. Hotel is built within an office building and spread across a few different stories. Managed to get high floor at level 22 and has very good view of the city just that too bad it is not facing the Rinkku town or the airport. The room seems to be a bit old but still quite clean and come with automated curtain system. Room is definitely very spacious. The hotel share the same building as Star Gate hotel. It comes with complimentary bus...

"In general the place is not too bad, very convenient to the Shin-Imamiya station and further down, there’s another station. However, there’s no eateries around that area."

"Standard small rooms as in any other hotels. 2nd floor has the lobby and reception. Lobby has free toiletteries, shampoo conditioner and skin care were pretty good to me. Easy and fast check in and check out. Right next to a station. For a short stay, it was great! The ac doesn't blow on your face which in the past irritated our throat. For a long stay, lack of view and window light, standard room might not be great "

"The staff at the Reception were all very helpful. The room is bigger in size compared to an APA hotel. The food for breakfast is good but it’s the same everyday. Hope that they’ll provide a variety in their menu. Very near to the train station. "

"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "

"Very near to 3 subway lines, easy to get to several major transport nodes (shinkansen, osaka station, osaka-namba stations). Near to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street (5-10 min walk) but this area is rather quiet, not noisy). Aeon Supermarket right below the hotel, good to get breakfast or supper."
