"Nice place but not maintained well my daughters bed broke nd it took the a day to come by to fix it so she had to sleep on a broken bed not contrable the sliding doors wouldn't lock one of cabinets broken almost fell on my daughter head when she try to open , they dont pick up your trash to me not sanitary , the pool was dirty i had to let them know it took them 2 days to clean it just very bad service there many little issues there its been over a week and i still haven't got my deposit so not...

"Rooms were clean. The beds were comfy. I like that you can use the Mayan resort facilities if you are staying at Kivoya. I was very disappointed that the villa didn't have a working pool, grill, washer and dryer. The wifi was terrible and one of the ceiling lights had a loose cover which was making loud noises while everyone was trying to sleep. For the price I paid I expect everything to be working. "
