"Wow! This condo was everything we hoped for and more. Updated, comfortable and well stocked and what a fabulous location just steps away from the beach and the Hyatt. We rented this condo for my sons wedding at the Hyatt next door. The condo was closer to the ballroom and restaurant than any Hyatt room for sure - it was just perfect for our family. The owners were fabulous to deal with and super responsive. We definitely hope to stay again in the future!"

"This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. "

"Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !"

While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price. The floors, carpet and laminate, were dirty (our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them from the first day), there were live spiders, spider webs, and cobwebs all over the inside, and dirty dishes and utensils were found in cabinets and...
