"We had a suite. Love the size of the room. Very spacious and lot of room to move around not cramp. Bathroom was always very clean. Beside the construction outside it was a pleasant stay."
"A brilliant place to stay before flying out of gatwick. It's proximity to the north terminal was perfect especially when traveling with children. Just a quick walk across the road and we were checking in.
The rooms were lovely and tidy and were alot larger than other premier inns we've stayed in, meaning there was plenty of space for us to re sort suitcases before heading to our flight.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and I'd love to stay here again."
"We were given an accessible room on the ground floor that was damp and musty smelling. We arrived late and so did not have the energy to request a room change and move. The climate control system was not user friendly either."
"The hotel is located next to Epsom Race Course and has a spacious free car park (I expect it will be full on race days). The reception staff were efficient and welcoming. My room was on the 3rd floor accessed by 2 lifts (plus stairs). My room was spacious with a comfortable double bed, a 2 seater settee, a desk and chair. Equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and milk; a hair drier; iron and ironing board. The ensuite was a compact arrangement of a shower cubicle, w.c. and sink. Soap and...
"The pictures online were not reflective of the establishment in real life. Pictures were very good and modern. In real life, the carpets and deco require updating. Carpets were worn out and the 1st impression not welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bedding was clean. TV didn’t work. Price was not different to a nearby well presented premier in. The shower water lukewarm and weak pressure. Overall, I really struggled to review the property in a positive light. I’m really...
"Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down."
