"Hotel location is okay however few things in the hotel need to be improved: breakfast with coffee machine in particularly only 2 not enough for the number of foreigner guests and breakfast room too small. Rooms are basic and no amenities offered and not enough light in bathroom with no shaver/make up mirror. We stayed 3 nights and the 1st ni8our room was not cleaned and was not easy to get water or coffee as it was not replenished. Photos on the website are much better than reality and I do...

"Clean and quiet. Friendly and nice staff. Great location to 外滩and shopping. Happy stay."

"A very contemporary, on-the-go, next gen stay under Hyatt’s umbrella, with good value and accessibility. Metro station entrance around the corner, bakery, cafe, malls at walking distance. Room was comfortable for 3, staff was responsive for extra pillow and blanket, topping up water bottles, bath essentials daily. Bath very clean. Aircon, ironing board with steamer iron, in room kettle and complimentary tea bags, toilet kits."

Aircon in the room switched off at night despite the heat which also led to another sleepless night. A portable dehumidifier was brought to the room the next day which helped a bit. It's a shame about these annoying things because we generally do like this hotel. We stayed for 15 nights. Next time we're...

"We booked 4 nights, but we need to cancel 3 nights after we checked in. We need to book another hotel for the other 3 nights. The elevator light bulb is not working, we cannot even see the floor number. Shower room edge are full of mild, shower curtains is yellow. The power outlet sometime work , sometime not work, there are sparks when plug in. My partner cannot use the sleeping machine for sleep. There are mosquitoes and bugs in the room, we both feel inch and have red dots on the foots. We...
