"Great"

"The AC does not work in our room, no maintenance people on site, the lady at the front desk useless, she said the hotel was full and she can not do nothing, we ask for a fan a never send it. I asked for a supervisor or manager, she called her but he never show up. We open the only (small) window in the room."

"Tod muy bien"

"The hotel has free onsite parking which is a plus in CDMX and an elevator. We enjoyed the large room, comfortable bed, and great water pressure. The hotel is dated but we would stay there again because it is perfect for sightseeing in the southern part of the city. We walked to historic center of Tlalpan and had a 20 minute drive to the Dolores Olmeda museum."

"El personal muy atento el Sr Israel es un excelente anfitrión amable y atento lo felicito Se nota que le gusta su trabajo"
