"Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice. There were a few areas where water was leaking - in our room, the floor was wet by the AC, and in the lobby area there was some sort of leak with a cone to warn people. "

Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat.
