"Prefect place"

"The people were all very friendly and the room was good and quite clean. The kitchen on the 1st floor, however, was pretty gross and could use with some attention. Nice that they have parking, although it is quite limited. There’s a couple of working lifts and a nice view from the 7th floor. Very close to Pettah Market and only about a 20 minute walk to the Dutch hospital. "

"We are very happy about our stay: the house is in a calm area but not too far from the main road ; Suresh has been a great host and very helpful to plan the rest of our trip. We asked for a typical local breakfast, which was very good and we enjoyed Suresh's explanations on the different dishes. Definitely recommended!"

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The hotel has two advantages: a large pool with an ocean view and all rooms offering ocean views—of course, the higher the floor, the better the view. And that’s where the positives end.
