"The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday! "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Bliss Lodging!! Staff were so incredibly kind and helpful and picked us up from the Hirafu welcome center as well as dropping us off at the Kutchan train station. The room was very spacious and clean and they even had free laundry! It was very easy to walk into Hirafu, maybe 15 minutes one way but also very easy to catch the free shuttle right outside. I cannot recommend them enough and will be staying here again when we return to Hirafu!"

"This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu."
