"Very dirty hotel – nothing like the pictures I have never been so disappointed with a hotel. The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the hotel we arrived at. The whole place was dirty, smelled terrible and looked very run-down. I honestly cannot understand how this is advertised as a three-star hotel. The hotel was previously used to accommodate asylum seekers, but from what I saw, it looked as though it had never been properly renovated after they left. The walls were dirty, scratched and...

"The property was in an ideal location for the visit we had planned. The hotel is very well maintained and looks beautiful both from the inside and out. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. There were a few slight issues we experienced during our visit, the room became very warm because the radiator had to be on full otherwise it would be very noisy. And even though the room was spacious with extra seating and a full length mirror, there wasn’t anywhere to sit down with a...

"Good size rooms with a balcony . Comfy beds . Tea and making coffee facilities. Some rooms allow dogs if you book ahead. Excellent choice for breakfast."

"Great value for money, clean facilities and friendly staff. Had a good nights sleep."

"They did not pickup the phone and did not lot us in, despite we called in advanced to confirm our arrival time and they told us they had a 24h doorman. Luckily another place nearby was still open and gave us a place to sleep, otherwise we would have been in trouble."

"On the website said free parking. When we are there, the staff said need to charge for car parking."

"I’d booked and paid for a room via Expedia. When I arrived I was told that I would not be staying there as they were fully booked and they had no rooms available. They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....

"Breakfast was good quality. My room was up three sets of stairs in the attic. While of a good size, it wouldn't be easy carrying a suitcase to the room."

"Average hotel. They didn’t bother to tell us they were undergoing renovations during our stay so not ideal to be working up with loud drilling works right next to us. Mattress needed replacing several years ago."
