We arrived an hour eary for the 3 oclock check-in and the room was understandably not ready so we waited until 3 oclock for the stated check-in time. The room still not ready. They did try to accomadate us with a room that was smaller, but was not what we reserved. Rooms are so small these days so we elected to wait. Checked back a couple of more times and it wasnt until 3:45 that the desk finally checked to see why the room...
