"The hotel looks nice from the outside but when you go in into your room carpet had stains, bathroom smelled awful, the pictures they showed on the rooms when you booked don't look nothing like when you see it on person. Staff its nice but the rooms are not .old dirty and creepy. The only nice thing is the you can see the windsor castle from the window because the balcony looks old and unsteady wont step on it at all. "An excellent option for a quick overnighter while travelling up or down the country. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The bar / restaurant area looked perfectly clean and tidy, although we didn't use it. It is next door to themsim sevices building with multiple eating / snack purchaing ptions too. The services also has electric fast charge points a short walk from reception. Staff that we saw were warm and friendly. "

"I needed somewhere that was able to do late check-ins, as I had a long drive late at night to get there - this hotel appears to have round the clock reception, and it was no trouble arriving late at night (after 11pm) - hotel's own website claims 24/7 reception desk, which reassured me.
