"Nice Staff Good Breakfast"

"They were overbooked and didnt have our room even tho we had reservations, so they gave us another room where none of the outlets worked in the bathroom missing light bulbs so front desk gave us some bulbs. Everyday when we left and came back our room key no longer worked so Everyday we had to get it reset at front desk...then they brought more towels to our room that were damp as if they haven't completly dried in the dryer. Overall i would never stay there again, it's not like the other Cambria hotels we have stayed at."

"Would not stay here again.It seemed the morning staff person was more interested on talking on her cell phone than monitoring the breakfast bar area or at least making eye contact and saying good morning. The housekeeping staff was exceptionally patient with us leaving our room and I credit them on being friendly. Maintenance was poor as the satellite dish had been knocked over, not fixed, that totally disrupted t v reception. Assuming poor was hazy and concerning for it being not clean. Alot of room for improvement at this facility."

"The description of the B&B did not mention that the 3 rooms available would be sharing the 1 bathroom. The bathroom room was very nice though, and provided everything needed; shampoo, body soap, conditioner and towels. The bedroom was well appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing, I was expecting a hot breakfast from the host but instead I was shown the items in the kitchen that were available to guests and how to operate the hot water for instant oatmeal or coffee and tea. I had no complaints, it just wasn’t what I expected from my experience in other B&Bs."
