"My first impression was the lobby smelled of weed. Room was clean also bed comfortable. However if you stay on the highway side...I now see why there is ear plugs in the room, very loud but they do really try to cut down on the noise of traffic by the 2 panes of glass sliding doors but renders the balcony useless. I would stay again but not the traffic side of the hotel."

"This hotel looks grand in the lobby, but is becoming run down. The carpet was bad, rooms are older and damp. Elevators were grimy."

"Room was not clean and very outdated. Customers were yelling at staff in the lobby every time we went downstairs because their rooms were dirty. Free breakfast/happy hour snacks were always empty and not refilled after multiple requests. Only good thing was the MTO omelet bar. The chef was very nice and professional. "

"We had a very nice two-night stay at this hotel. Firstly, the price was very competitive for Memorial Day weekend. The room was very tidy and did not smell musty like many of the other hotels of this caliber. The staff and service were decent but could have been better. The breakfast was on par with other hotels at this price range. The pool seemed clean enough, but the hot tub was pretty nasty and had no jets working. My biggest gripe would be that I could clearly hear drunk people coming...

"Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!"

"The breakfast was terrible. It tasted like waffles were frozen from a box, artificial eggs, oatmeal had to be made from instant packets and you added the hot water. The bacon was swimming in grease that hadn’t been drained at all. They put slices of bread in the bottom of the serving pan they said to soak up the grease but it didn’t. It was still swimming. The bacon wasn’t cooked all the way it was nauseating. The bowl of fruit was terrible couldn’t taste any of the other fruit it all tasted...
