The hotel itself is comfortable and well appointed, and the staff were helpful and charming. The only negative point is the minuscule lift which barely holds two people and a suitcase. Valet parking is an additional bonus"

"This is a quaint old style Bed and Breakfast, without modern amenities There are many stairs to the rooms with multiple landings and no lift. Not suitable for the mobility impaired. The single room I had was small and very hot ( in the eaves and one small skylight), but there was a fan in the room that helped quite a bit. Staff very friendly and a good breakfast. Pleasant enough, even with the stairs. "
