"The Front Desk staff gave us 2 breakfast passes once they discovered we were returning for our Anniversary & were in Halifax 50 years ago on our honeymoon. Made our special occasion even more special. Sophie in the restaurant/bar was brilliant!! Glad we got to know her!! "

The staff was great and this property would not be accessible if needed for those with wheelchairs (the elevator inside is rather small as well). The area around the hotel leaves one feeling unsafe as there are some rather unsavoury looking apartments that surround the hotel. "

"Our room, a penthouse view (partially obstructed) of Halifax harbor was great. The street is undergoing a revival and had some construction in evidence that was less than attractive. "

"The suite was amazing for a family with two bedrooms and three beds. Greta views of the city! Close to the downtown and Citadel. Not the hotels fault but lots of street construction starting early in the morning making it very noisy. A great breakfast which is included. "
